2016 Estate Shiraz (6 or 12 bottles)

Made with great care and attention to detail, the 2016 Shiraz displays primary red fruits, blackberries and hints on anise spice. It is a medium bodied wine aged for 10 months in French Oak barrels. The mid palate delivers great intensity and fine tannins, giving this wine great structure, elegance and longevity. 

The Estate Shiraz is the original label that the family started experimenting with in 2004. Back then this wine was made to give away to friends and family and enjoy by the fire on a cold Winters night in Bridgewater. Now in its second generation of both creator and label, this Shiraz is still the face of the brand and a beautiful depiction of an exceptional Bendigo Shiraz.
