2021 Albino Blend (6 or 12 bottles)

This delicious wine is a blend of two exceptional grape varieties, Viognier and Chardonnay. Fermented in barrel the Viognier displays complmentary stone fruits, while the Chardonnay adds a rounded nutty complexity. This wine is drinking perfectly now, but will also age beautifully if you are willing to wait.   

The wine is named after the famous White Wallaby, locally known as the Albino, who is a rare and unique creature, not commonly seen.

As a tribute to this local legend, we have created a wine for you that is also not your usual blend found on any old shelf!
