2021 Macedon Pinot Noir (6 or 12 bottles)

The high altitude and cool climate of the Macedon ranges, provide perfect conditions for growing exceptional Pinot Noir with great structure, length and lifted fruit characteristics.  

This parcel of fruit was selected from a vineyard in Lancefield and is made using 100% whole bunch fermentation. This award winning wine displays typical dark red cherries with popping raspberry delight. 

Undertones of earthy ripe core, fused with sweet spices and fine delicate tannins, creates a wine with an elegant, balanced finish.
